All sales are final. If you receive a Yeezy shoes that had been damaged in transit, contact us within 2 business days for a replacement, and please save the damaged packaging and take a photo.
To be eligible for a damage exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at HOVERKICKS@OUTLOOK.COM
